We offer a fundamentals program with up to 12 sessions to make sure you learn all of the essential movements to get started into Group Sessions safely. You will go over squatting, pressing, bodyweight movements, instruction on warm-up, mobility and even nutrition. Come in workout clothes and bring some water.

Just like every fitness program and sport, it can be dangerous if done under the wrong supervision. Our goal is to never put you in a situation where you are uncomfortable or don’t think you can do a certain exercise. The final decisions about exercises, weight, and reps are always up to you. We simply provide our suggestion to you about what would give you the best workout. Our trainers always scale down the weight and exercise for you until you can make informed decisions about the workouts for yourself.
If you’re visiting from out of town or just want to try us out, your first drop-in is on us.  If you need more it’s $15 a session or $40 for the week.
We offer a non-supervised designated kid’s area for children to play in while their parents workout.
Yes, we accept cash and all major credit cards.
In most cases, we will get you moving with scaled movements and workouts. Be sure to tell your coach about your injury prior to class to make sure they can help you pick the right movements. *If a medical professional has advised you to not workout for any reason, we recommend following their advice.
